El encuentro se llevó a cabo en la zona de fondas del centro de abasto, donde escuchó los planteamientos de las y los comerciantes y convivió con los comensales que se encontraban presentes.
A la reunión asistieron el secretario general del Mercado Reforma, Arturo Vázquez Arteaga; el presidente de la Asociación de Comerciantes del Centro Histórico, Vicente Gaytán Fonseca, y comerciantes.
